Diversity Consortium was started to overcome decades of sluggish supplier diversity growth by enhanced visibility to vetted XBEs, incorporating sustainable supplier improvements, and mitigating COVID-19 supplier impact and social justice issues. Our goal is to support more than 250 diverse suppliers by the end of 2023. This will set this performance expectations and define the key performance indicator (KPI’s) to ensure improvements are being realized.
