COLUMBIA—(BUSINESS WIRE) — Friday, January 15, 2021-  – The Diversity Consortium today announces Natalie Miller has been named Diversity Consortium Partner Director, effective immediately.  As the Partner Director, Natalie will have general Partner responsibilities including Partner onboarding, service line development, partner management, engagement, and Partner support services activities.

Natalie has extensive management skills and operations leadership. Natalie has a demonstrated track record of exemplary operations and leadership skills consisting of over 20 years of service to The United States Army and Army Reserves, having significant experience delivering results, performing data analyzation, and driving cost improvement performance.

Natalie was an Inspector General Sergeant First Class with the Army and Army Reserves in Fort Totten and Brooklyn, NY, Heidelberg and Kaiserslautern Germany, Vicenza Italy, Fort Wayne, IN, Fort Jackson, SC and Chicago, IL to name a few.  Her extensive experience and strong leadership with both nationals and friendly forces, ensuring no mismanagement of all government resources. Natalie’s wide-ranging experience implementing leadership practices, helping soldiers over-come adversities throughout the US Army and Army Reserves. She will be instrumental in leading the Diversity Consortium’s Partners to integrate their diversity services and programs into the Diversity Consortium service lines and drive overall partner business development success. Natalie has recently been honorably discharged (retired) from the US Army and Army Reserves.
